American Character Toodle Doll? Jointed ,Heavy Rubber? Brown Hair. 20” Outfit

I am selling my vintage collectible American Character Doll? I purchased her from a doll collector and she said she was the Toodle doll from the 1950s? She can stand (if balanced) and is 20" tall. She is wearing white cotton boomers (laced), and long white netted gown with pink ribbon & lace. She is also wearing a cute white bonnet with a pink flower and pink & white knitted booties. Her brown painted hair & red lips could use a little paint touch-up. This is a jointed doll that features bendable limbs and arms. The head can turn & the green eyes open and close. The doll of heavy rubber/vinyl? There is some minor surface dirt & marks. I did not really know how to remove the dirt marks. I did surface wash her with soapy water/washed her outfit. There is a tiny slit (side of left eye). It is not noticeable unless you press on the area. Right lateral eye has a grey mark, but no slit. She is in pretty good condition for her age.
