Sleepy Soldier finds Tanna Leone pushing the boundaries of his creative expression while embracing a certain emotional complexity in his storytelling. The core message of the album is love, humanity and endurance. He likes to describe it as “human music” – honest about the span of emotions we all go through in a single day on this planet – all the sadness, disappointment and stress, but also the joy.
