The BULL Hot Sauce from The Flavors of Ernest Hemingway line is inspired by Hemingway's time in Pamplona, Spain, where he became enamored with bullfighting and the running of the bulls. It hits the tongue with a sweet surprise but finishes with a good kick in the back. The sauce opens with a tangy sweetness and finishes with a spicy kick. Its heat comes from a combination of chili peppers, Spanish paprika and a Papa's secret ingredients. High quality packaging.
