Modo d'uso

Uso alimentare consigliato:
1 cucchiaino da tè colmo (circa 4 g) in mezzo bicchiere d’acqua, una o due volte al giorno in qualunque momento.
Uso esterno:
in un pentolino, alla quantità necessaria secondo la parte interessata, aggiungi l’acqua (un bicchiere per ogni cucchiaio di Alteavis); fai bollire 10 minuti, circa, fino ad ottenere una “polentina” che devi mettere con un cucchiaio su del cotone idrofilo e applicarla calda sulla parte interessata; copri con un telo e metti sopra la borsa dell’acqua, per 15-20 minuti; da una a tre volte al giorno.
