It is a Corn tortilla made with White Corn flour cut in 4 pieces and added with preservatives to extend the shelf life. It has a light cream color and toasted marks. No Artificial Preservatives
Ready to fry Chip. Can be used for a variety of menu options including nachos, dipping in salsa, guacamole and others
Ingredients: White Corn Masa Flour, Water, White Vinegar, Lime, Citric Acid

Storage: Product should be stored at frozen temperatures (<32F) until it is used. Best Performance at Room Temperature IF the Product is FROZEN: Remove bagged product from the case and let to defrost in a refrigerator until fully thawed (overnight: approximately 12 hrs). Use the product accordingly IF REFRIGERATED: Remove bagged product from case and let to stand at room temperature 1-3h. After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.
