The Tripp Lite SR1UPNLTEMP is a 1U blanking panel that combines airflow management with a digital temperature sensor, helping you maintain the right operating temperature inside a 19-inch EIA rack enclosure.
By sealing an unused rack space, the panel prevents hot exhaust air from curling back to the equipment in front, improving cooling efficiency without adding new fans or complex ductwork. Servers, switches, and storage devices run cooler and more reliably as a result.
The panel uses cold-rolled steel for strength and features a black powder-coat finish that blends neatly with typical rack hardware. Standard mounting holes make installation straightforward for technicians and IT staff.
A temperature probe attached to a 6-foot cable lets you position the sensor exactly where heat tends to build up, whether at the top of the rack or behind dense network gear. A front-panel LCD delivers real-time readings, while a simple toggle lets you view temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
