Shure NFC Cards for MXC & MXCW Conference Units (10-Pack)

The Shure MXCNFCCARD-10PK is a ten-card set that adds fast, reliable participant identification to Shure Microflex Complete and Microflex Complete Wireless conference units. Each card contains Near Field Communication technology that links a participant’s name to the seat. When the card is placed in a compatible microphone unit, the system immediately shows the participant’s name on meeting displays and records the attendance, so moderators no longer need manual roll calls.

Preparing the cards is a quick process. An ACR1252U NFC reader/writer programs each card with the desired participant information, and the procedure does not require extra software or licensing. Once programmed, the cards can be reused across multiple sessions, which is helpful for organizations that host frequent board meetings, council hearings, or training events.

Because the system accepts input only from registered cards, access to the microphones is limited to authorized users. This added control supports confidentiality in private discussions and keeps the meeting focused on scheduled contributors.
