Product Condition: The Spruce Wood Parka - Women's is in Good condition. This jacket was previously owned for a week.  The following observations were made regarding this item:

*There was a defect from the manufacture, a seam split on the front right pocket, easy fix just few stitches.

The small rip is marked with tap so it can be seen easier. some coat stuffing is showing (also making it easy to see the small rip). About 1/2 inch.

*The fabric is not stained or faded from use.

*This will be an excellent addition to your wardrobe, all zippers/snaps function as they should.

*All items sold as is, all warranties void.
