This UnNew Stio Environ Pant - Women's is in Fair condition. 
 
Products in Fair condition have seen their share of adventure, but could still find their right home. Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-small tear in fabric on right hip (approx. 1.5cm)

-scuffing and dirt on fabric 

-wear, abrasions, and small holes along cuffs and kickpatches

-some wear on interior lining fabric around cuffs
