This UnNew Mountain Equipment Havoc Jacket - Men's is in Fair condition. 
 
Products in Fair condition have seen their share of adventure, but could still find their right home. Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-membrane shows some wear on interior near bottom hem

-missing powder skirt

-dirt and scuffing on exterior fabric

-small (approx. 2-3mm) tear in right sleeve near cuff and on left sleeve along seam

-wear and loose threads along some hook-and-loop closures
