If in between sizes it is recommended you start with a larger size.

HOW TO WEAR: Pull the sleeve up over your knee so that the text is centered a few inches above the knee-cap and the white trim wraps around to meet at the bend in your knee. Pull the sleeve up for more compression or pull it down for less compression.
