Good overall condition. One sham has the beginning (doesn't seem to go all the way through yet) of a pin-sized-hole on the back and the same sham has a tie that is coming unstitched also this sham is more faded than the other sham. There is some dinge on the set but really nothing major. I can't stress enough how RARE this vintage set is, especially in such overall nice condition!!
