This is a set of 8 champagne stems made by Sasaki in Japan (I believe they were made in 1960s-1980s). The bowls are mostly light green but get darker towards the stem.
The glass is of high-quality. The thickness of the bowl changes from top to bottom. The bowls are thin at the top and as they approach the base, get a bit heavier. (Like a whiskey glass.). The elegant twisted stem is applied and is clear in color.
They are easy and feel good to hold. You can just feel the quality. They ting when you toast with them as they are made of 24% lead crystal. 
They measure 4 3/4" tall and 3 3/4 inches at the mouth.
This set is in Excellent Condition with no flaws whatsoever. They look new.
